Delete your sg verse account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. It takes a minute and you do not need to contact us.

In the app

1. Open sg verse and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and choose Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

On the website

1. Go to thesgverse.com and sign in.
2. Open Profile and choose Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and display name).
• Your saved deals, interests, notification token, "still valid?" answers and problem reports.
• Photos, PDFs and videos you uploaded.
• Any submissions that were still waiting for review or were rejected.

What stays

Deals you shared that were already approved stay in the app because other people rely on them. Your name on them is replaced with "Former member" and they are no longer linked to you.

Our weekly database backups are kept for 14 days, so copies of deleted data disappear from them within 14 days.

Cannot sign in?

Email thesgverse@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and reply once it is done.
